We were thrilled to join our friends in eir yesterday as they held the inaugural Team Dine in the Dark for Sight Loss as part of our #GoDark campaign.
The eir Grad Team took over for the day, leading colleagues and guests into the function room while BLIND FOLDED!
In typical Dine in the Dark fashion there were nervous giggles and excitement throughout the room!
Each and every eir team member loved the experience with laughter all round!
Speaking after the event, Chris White CEO of NCBI said; “It was great to see eir #GoDark for sight loss. Dine in the Dark is something everyone can engage with. Through this campaign we hope to of course raise vital funds for sight loss services, but also to generate a greater level of awareness and understanding of the difficulties faced by blind and vision impaired people”. “eir have been long term supporters of NCBI and I’m delighted we were able to provide them and so many other people with a fun, engaging and immersive experience” he added.
